The track has already began the process of constructing additional seating, tickets and Official Ticket Packages are on sale, and the 2015 Breeders' Cup Challenge series will be kicking-off in the near future.

Needless to say, there's a lot to be excited about! To prove my point, I've compiled the top 10 reasons to be hyped for the Breeders' Cup making its debut at Keeneland. Read on to build your own excitement!

1. Umm, Hello! It's Keeneland!

In a way, the Breeders' Cup is "coming home" to Keeneland this year. The cradle of the breeding industry, Keeneland is located in the heart of Kentucky's famed Bluegrass region where the idea 2015BreedersCup Keeneland CMYK resized 600of the Breeders' Cup originated. There have been a plethora of past Breeders' Cup champions who were foaled and raised in surrounding horse farms, and then sold at Keeneland sales.

Because of the strong hand it plays in both breeding and racing, Keeneland holds an important role in the Thoroughbred industry. It's race meets offer some of the richest purses in North America and adding the
2015 Breeders' Cup World Championships to Keeneland's schedule only adds to its allure.

2. Thirteen Championship Races

While most meets begin with lower stakes races and build up to the most important race at the end of the day or the weekend, the Breeders' Cup boasts 13 championship races throughout the weekend!

Every single race ran during the Breeders' Cup weekend is an incredibly important race filled with the best possible field of horses, all running for hefty purses. There simply are no fill-in races or Breeders Cup QuintEvents 2015slow periods. Just 100 percent action-packed world
championship racing.

3. The Richest Two Days in Sports

Throughout the two days of the 2015 Breeders' Cup, $24.5 million will be awarded! Let me repeat that: $24.5 MILLION! The Breeders' Cup has a deep history as being known as "The Richest Two Days in Sports" and as time goes on, this reputation has not faltered.

4. Keeneland's Trackside Luxury Chalet

The Trackside Luxury Chalet at Keeneland is what takes the Breeders' Cup World Championships to the next level for spectators. Located right at the first turn, only a short distance from the finish line, this glassed-in, climate-controlled hospitality venue and seating location offers Trackside Luxury Chalet Breeders Cup Keeneland QuintEventsunparalleled views of the championship racing paired with
one-of-a-kind amenities.

The Trackside Luxury Chalet offers three unique ways to watch the racing: from the hospitality venue, from the lawn or from the rail! Not to mention, within the Trackside Luxury Chalet, guests will have access to a complimentary gourmet lunch buffet, a premium open bar, mutuel tellers, simulcast TV coverage, and
much more!

5. The Breeders' Cup Challenge

Breeders Cup 2015 QuintEventsWith Breeders' Cup Challenge races held throughout the months leading up to the 2015 Breeders' Cup, this series gives trainers and owners a chance for their horses to qualify to compete in the world championships. Races are held at tracks around the world in order to find the best of the best, and horses earn points based on where they finish in these stakes races.

While the Breeders' Cup Challenge is technically used for determining the final field of horses for each of the 13 races, it also increases the excitement for the 2015 Breeders' Cup as fans are beginning to learn the horses who will be competing and start to pick their favorites.

6. Spotting Celebrities

"The Richest Two Days in Sports" does its fair share of drawing in celebrities, making it a star-studded event. In past years, Toni Braxton, Kristen Chenoweth, Charlie O'Connell, Jerry Ferrara, Elizabeth Banks, Laura Bell Bundy, Catt Sadler, Jacqueline MacInnes Woods, Richie Sambora, Corbin Bleu, and Sasha Clements have attended, and the list could go on and on!

With the Breeders' Cup being held at Keeneland for the first time, who knows who it will bring in this fall!

One of the fun things about the Breeders' Cup World Championships is the fashion that comes with it. The Breeders' Cup inspires guests to dress their best, so women wear elegant dresses paired with stunning hats, and the men wear suits or tailored sport coats matched with fedoras.

Be sure to dress the part!

8. The Sales Pavilion Dining Hospitality Venue

Sales Pavilion Dining venue is being opened up to spectators as an exclusive hospitality venue! Located only a few steps from the Grandstand, the Sales Pavilion boasts comfortable seating, a premium open bar, a complimentary lunch buffet, private wagering stations, private restrooms, and much more.

Fans will be at the track for two full days of racing and that's a lot of dealing with large crowds, but the Sales Pavilion Dining venue will be the perfect oasis at the track.
